These terms apply to https://synclairvision.com, also referred to as "the website". The owner of the website is Synclair Vision AB, 5593905242, also referred to as "we" or "us", with their primary location in Teknikringen 7, 583 30, Linköping.

2 § Acceptance and scope

By using the Website, you agree to Sections 1–3 and 5–10 of these Terms. By selecting the checkbox confirming acceptance on the booking page and booking a meeting, you also agree to Section 4.

3 § General terms

The following is prohibited conduct:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or databases.
• Testing, scanning or otherwise attempting to identify security issues on the website without written approval by us.
• Over-loading the website with automated requests, DDoS-attacks or similar methods.
• Use of bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect data.
• Bypass security measures, authentication or technical limits.
• Use the website in violation of applicable law

In case of violation of these terms we reserve the right to, without prior notice, limit or shut down access to the website. We may also, if necessary, report suspected crimes to the relevant authorities.

4 § Terms for use of services

Services refers to booking a meeting with us. The booking page at https://synclairvision.com/book-a-meeting leads to our booking calendar in Microsoft Bookings, where the booking is made and Microsoft's terms also apply. By booking a meeting, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• If booking on behalf of a company, you are authorised to make the booking.
• The information you provide is accurate.

5 § Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Website content is owned by or licensed to Synclair Vision AB. It may not be copied, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

6 § Privacy and cookies

Please see our privacy policy for information about how we process personal data. This website does not use cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Microsoft and may use cookies under Microsoft's own privacy terms.

7 § Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided for general information and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Synclair Vision AB is not liable for loss arising from reliance on Website content or temporary unavailability. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked from the Website. This does not apply to Microsoft Bookings, which we use to handle meeting bookings on our behalf. Our privacy policy explains how booking details are processed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law

8 § Change of terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

9 § Jurisdiction and disputes

The website is operated in Sweden and governed by Swedish law. Disputes concerning the agreement or its application which can not be resolved amicably by the parties, shall be decided in a general court.
